Many college graduates suddenly plunged into a career often struggle to keep pace with the new life. Also, people a few months into their first real jobs start worrying about future. These are normal and you should continue for several months to get used to the new life. However, if such job blues persist you need to check if you are in a right place. How to access if you are in a right place? Please check the jobs of your seniors. Are the jobs of senior members appealing to you? If you feel they are struggling and are out of place, you are probably not in the right place. You should find a senior member in the company with whom you can make friendship to answer your queries. You may realize that he or she has gone through the same worries but later was satisfied with the job. However, please understand that you should be prepared to accept some difficult aspects of working life. Changing a job is not often the only solution as you will face similar situation in other jobs too. For entry-level positions sometimes you may be asked to do jobs, such as data-entry and form filing that are not up-to your educational standard, Consider those initial assignments as a mater of routine work and suggest your boss some challenging problems which can be assigned to you. Don't worry if you are criticised. What should concern you is if your boss criticizes you personally, rather than your work.
Sometimes, though, a chosen field may prove to be a bad fit and does not interest you. In that case you need to contact a career agency to find a suitable job that interests you.
